What about when the tyre needs changing? Do you know an address? Because all bicycle workshops (and other 2-wheel workshops) don't do that. And I don't know anything about such things...

It can't be witchcraft. I don't need a workshop for that. With a bit of patience, it can certainly be done, otherwise they wouldn't even include spare tyres. The vehicle is a hit, for short distances anyway. There is no need to look for a parking space.

Yes, the problem is known. But there is a workshop in Zurich that offers this. Just type in E scooter repair on google and you should have the address. Luckily I haven't had a flat tire yet. But who knows. Such things can happen. I would also recommend that you equip your electric scooter with full rubber tyres in case you ever have a flat. The advantage is that you never have a flat because the tyres are made of full rubber. I will do the same with mine. You can also find full rubber tyres for your electric scooter online.
Have fun with them. Maybe a little tip: the rear mudguard is very sensitive to weight. So do not stand on it
