What is the procedure for a repair? Where can you take it?

My two Xiaomi are now standing in the corner after various flats, changing them myself is hell and the bike shops don't do it anymore (because it takes too long). The concept is not entirely well thought out, as repair services are not available everywhere!

I don't know about the battery, but it's better to change the tyres yourself, as tyre services are too expensive, check Youtube to see how it's done ....

In the case of a flat tyre, I would recommend "CO13" at Hegenheimerstrasse 61, 4055 Basel.
.in other cases, the question would be what is defective 😉 .
