The door bar is designed so that it can be used for doors in the range 70cm-90cm. Important: The door frame (at the top) must be at least 1cm from the wall, otherwise the bar will not lock when pulled up and will slip off. The depth of 18cm is ok. It can also be more or less.

I have a door frame width (inside) 81cm and depth 20.5cm. It didn't fit and I sent the rod back. Now I have one for wall mounting and I am very satisfied.
