Your instruction manual states that the weights are in pounds. On the page http://www.hammer-fitness.ch/finnlo-kraftstation-bio-force-challenge-bundle.html it is stated that it is in kilograms.

On my unit, the weight setting on the swing arms is given in American pounds (10 pounds approximately 4.54 kg). .

It is a little confusing because the weights refer to Both Swing Arms and are also given there in pounds.
The total resistance is 125kg and can be adjusted up to 62.5kg (125 pounds) per side.
