Thanks to its soft foam sealing lip and good fit, the respirator mask offers exceptionally high wearing comfort. The padded nose bridge ensures an optimal adjustment to the shape of the face. The extra wide, skin-friendly facial seal is particularly secure and comfortable, as is the enlarged filter surface for longer service life. An individual fit is made possible by the adjustable, especially wide straps. The large surface area of the mask body ensures maximum filter performance while minimizing heat buildup inside the mask. In particular, the 3M Cool Flow exhalation valve prevents heat accumulation in the mask and makes breathing easier. The 3M Advanced Electret filter medium provides more protection and low breathing resistance, meeting the requirements of the Dolomite dust test (D). Particularly practical is the color-coded valve labeling, which simplifies the identification of the protection level. The respirator mask 8825 has a protection level of FFP2 R D. The usage limit is ten times the threshold value for particles. Like all particle masks from the 3M Premium program, the 3M respirator mask 8825 offers the highest safety and meets the special requirements (R D) for masks that can be used for more than one shift. It is compatible with 3M safety glasses. Its applications include construction, shipbuilding and repair, pharmaceutical manufacturing, welding and soldering, chemical processing, iron and steel foundries, and battery manufacturing.
