The Alfa 1 Pizza, ready to use in just a few minutes, reaches temperatures of up to 500 °C and bakes a true Neapolitan pizza in just 90 seconds. The gas pizza oven from Alfa features Alfa Heat Genius technology, a fireproof floor, a reinforced stainless steel dome, and double insulation made of ceramic fibers. This ensures excellent temperature retention during the baking process, which is essential for preparing all recipes from pizza to roasts, from vegetables to desserts.
