The Beefer XL II is the revised overhead grill for those who want to impress with uncompromising steakhouse quality, even with large cuts of meat and social gatherings. The newly developed burner technology heats up to 800 °C particularly quickly, creating the typical Beefer crust – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Two separately adjustable high-performance infrared burners allow for individual control of different grilling zones, enabling the preparation of various dishes simultaneously. The patented one-handed height adjustment allows for quick and precise positioning of the grill grate to the optimal distance from the heat source. The spacious cooking area in 2/3 GN format offers ample space for multiple steaks, large cuts, fish, or even a family-sized pizza.
