It has an entry for two cables as well as an entry for a cable or pipe. The upper and lower entries for the cables are arranged laterally, making it particularly suitable for installation next to door frames. A full-area seal under the housing base ensures the sealing of the rear of the housing. The flap cover closes flush and can be manually locked to achieve protection class IP55. The housings have easily accessible, funnel-shaped mounting holes. A Wago 2-wire connection terminal for wiring is included, as well as two snap-in places for Wago 2-wire connection terminals in the housing base. There is plenty of space for wiring under the inserts' bases (hollow base), and the installation of the insert in the housing is easily done by snapping in. The frame is securely fixed to the housing via a bayonet quick-release. The connection terminals comply with VDE 0620 and are designed according to DIN 49440.
