BonFeu BonBiza (closed) Rust Grill Fire Bowl

The BonBiza is an outdoor cooking device from BonFeu. It functions like a large grill, specifically designed for plancha cooking. The BonBiza is one of the newer products and the centerpiece of the entire collection. It is also by far the largest product in the BonFeu collection. Therefore, the BonBiza is the perfect device for cooking while enjoying a warm fire. The BonBiza Rust is made of Corten steel. Corten steel is a brown-rusted, weather-resistant steel.

The rust color and the very dense oxidized layer protect the underlying material from oxygen, which slows down oxidation. The BonBiza Black is made of steel. Steel tends to rust under damp conditions. So keep in mind that the BonBiza will rust. This process can happen quickly. But don’t panic; this gives your BonBiza its robust and strong appearance.

Plancha Cooking on the BonBiza

What makes the BonBiza special is that you can not only enjoy a cozy fire but also prepare delicious meals on the plancha. The plancha has a diameter of 80 cm and is 6 mm thick, making it an excellent cooking and baking surface. Due to its size, it is large enough to prepare several different items simultaneously.

The heat radiates gradually from the center of the plancha to the edge of the baking surface, making this single plancha suitable for a variety of applications. However, if you do not wish to use it, the BonBiza is very easy to clean. Food residues and excess oil can be easily pushed into the fire with a spatula. Afterwards, the baking surface can be cleaned with a damp cloth and is ready for the next use.
