The BonBiza is an outdoor cooking appliance from BonFeu. It is like a large barbecue, but for plancha cooking. The BonBiza is one of the first products and the centrepiece of the entire collection. It is also by far the largest product in the entire BonFeu collection. The BonBiza is therefore the perfect appliance for cooking and enjoying a warm fire at the same time.

The BonBiza Rust is made of Corten steel. Corten steel is a brown-rusty, weather-resistant steel. The rust colour and the very dense oxide skin protect the underlying material from oxygen, which slows down oxidation. The BonBiza Black is made of steel. Steel tends to rust in humid conditions. So bear in mind that the BonBiza will rust. This can happen quickly. But don't panic, this will give your BonBiza its robust and sturdy appearance.

Plancha baking on the BonBiza

The special thing about the BonBiza is that you can not only enjoy a cosy fire, but also prepare delicious meals on it with the plancha. The plancha has a diameter of 80 cm and is 6 mm thick and is ideal as a cooking and baking surface. This size makes it large enough to cook several different things at the same time. The heat radiates gradually from the centre of the plancha to the edge of the baking tray, making this single plancha suitable for a wide variety of applications. However, if you don't want to use it, the BonBiza is very easy to clean. Leftover food and excess oil can simply be pushed into the fire with a spatula. The baking tray can then be cleaned with a damp cloth and is ready for the next use.
