Crimping pliers for insulated cable lugs, lever-operated, with ratchet mechanism and adjustable locking device (release point unlocking). Double crimping with interchangeable crimp profile inserts, which are fixed in the plier body by a locking mechanism, allows for a quick profile change in seconds without the need for additional tools. Two additional crimp profiles, currently not in use, are securely stored in the two integrated magazine holders of the plier arms. The plier body is made of strong, specially tempered, hardened steel sheet, with lever translation for low hand force requirement and adjustable ratchet mechanism with forced unlocking for compliance with standard crimping pressure. Ergonomic 2-component grip covers are fully equipped with hardened, precise crimp profile inserts. Weight including 3 crimp profile inserts is only 690 g.
