Mobile gas pizza oven Cozze 90348. The "Cozze" pizza oven was launched by Millarco in 2020. The name is derived from the Italian word for shell, which also influenced the design of the pizza oven. It was designed in Denmark with the vision of enabling all households to prepare perfectly baked pizza at home. This portable "Cooze®" pizza oven with pizza stone from Millarco is suitable for baking pizza, tarte flambée and vegetables quickly and easily. The built-in piezo ignition ensures instant flame formation and has an adjustable temperature control for effortless preparation of pizza, tarte flambée and vegetables. With a large opening of 80 × 360 mm, the oven is easy to use and offers enough space for large pizzas up to Ø 34 cm. The pizza oven reaches very high temperatures after a short time (approx. 20 minutes) and can therefore prepare pizza and tarte flambée in restaurant quality. With a maximum temperature of 400° Celsius guaranteed.
The oven can be connected to two types of gas: smaller camping gas cartridges and normal gas bottles. Regulator not included.
