The pine is kiln-dried before processing. This ensures maximum strength, preventing any significant cracks caused by moisture in the wood that could compromise the stability of the chair. Only high-quality wood is used in the manufacturing process.

An open-pore stain is applied for surface treatment. If a re-treatment becomes necessary at a later time (depending on weather conditions), it can be done with any suitable wood protection stain for outdoor use.

The chair is constructed to be particularly solid and robust, using solid pine wood with a thickness of 30-34 mm for all parts. It can withstand high loads and is suitable for most outdoor applications.

Delivery is partially disassembled in a box. The seat and backrest parts are pre-assembled and only need to be screwed together. A detailed assembly instruction and all necessary fittings (naturally galvanized) are included with each part. Assembly is straightforward even for beginners and can be completed in just a few minutes.
