The 6-meter long Deltaco EV-1125 charging cable has a maximum charging power of 3.6 kW at 16 A. This single-phase charging cable is equipped with a protective contact plug for Type 1 connections, which is compatible with many older Japanese electric cars. The protective contact plug allows charging from a standard household outlet.

The Deltaco e-Charge EV-1125 charging cable is suitable for all vehicles with a Type 1 socket that need to be charged via a standard protective contact charging socket (Mode 2). The maximum charging power is up to 3.6 kW. The charging current can be set to either 10 A or 16 A. The Type 1 plug is equipped with a dust cover to protect it from dust, dirt, and moisture during storage. The cable control box features a built-in Type A residual current device, which offers good resistance to oil and UV light.

This charging cable is compatible with all vehicles with a Type 1 connection, including the Mitsubishi Outlander and Nissan Leaf (up to model year 2018).

Charging the vehicle is monitored through bidirectional communication between the vehicle and the control box. When the cable is connected to the car, a self-test is performed to ensure that the cable is properly connected and that the car is ready for power supply before the charging process begins and the control box powers the cable. Protection class according to IP66.

The control box of the cable includes a built-in residual current device. In the event of a ground fault, the power supply will be shut off. Extension cables must not be used. The cable must not be repaired or spliced, as this may compromise safety and functionality.
