The revolutionary sole technology comes from the sports sector and has already been used for some time by a well-known sports shoe manufacturer. The BASF development consists of the material Infinergy and is used in the Elten Wellmaxx series as the sole core in the outsole. The concept is simple, and upon closer inspection of the safety shoes, it becomes immediately apparent. The sole core contains thousands of small foam particles with tiny enclosed air cells.
