Product details

Make your electronic door access system even more secure – the Wiegand door controller Sboard-II establishes an encoded connection between the access system and the controller, securely storing access data within the building. Electronic and biometric door access systems such as code locks, fingerprint scanners, or RFID access systems are becoming increasingly popular – they allow a conveniently expandable group of individuals to access without keys. Many of these systems feature a Wiegand interface for particularly secure access, enabling encoded communication between the access device (outside) and a Wiegand controller (inside). Only this controller grants access within the secure building. Additionally, alarm functions, door monitoring, and the connection of internal buttons are securely implemented within the building. Numerous access devices with a 26-37 bit Wiegand interface can be connected to the Wiegand door controller Sboard-II, such as code locks, RFID readers, and fingerprint scanners, including the combined fingerprint code lock FP100. The Sboard-II can store access data for up to 2100 authorized users. By combining multiple Sboard-II controllers, the stored access data can be transferred to additional controllers. The 26-37 bit Wiegand controller with configurable universal Wiegand interface is universally applicable for RFID readers, PIN access devices, and biometric access devices such as fingerprint scanners with Wiegand interface; combined devices like RFID/PIN/fingerprint scanners can also be used. For all input devices with a 26-37 bit Wiegand interface (PIN code readers with 4, 8, or 10-bit code), up to 2100 users can be stored in the controller (2000 for relay output 1, 100 for relay output 2). Pulse or toggle switching mode is available; in pulse mode, the switching time is adjustable, while toggle allows for continuous on/off switching. There are 2 separately programmable relay output switches.
