Enduro produces a range of bearings with balls and races made from 440 C stainless steel. This material offers better corrosion resistance when applications or the environment become critical. Depending on the application, these bearings meet ABEC-3 or ABEC-5 tolerances. A stainless steel bearing has a 20% lower static capacity than the same bearing made from Chrome-52100 steel, which is used for most of our bearings, but it has higher corrosion resistance.
