Deep groove ball bearings are versatile and can be used in a variety of applications. They consist of solid outer rings, inner rings, and ball circuits. Deep groove ball bearings are insensitive during operation and easy to maintain. Due to their low friction moment, they are suitable for high speeds. They are available in single-row and double-row designs, as well as open and sealed versions. Sealed deep groove ball bearings are lubricated for life. The different versions are identified by specific suffixes:
- Standard = No suffixes
- M = Sealed on both sides
- Y = Brass cage
- 2Z = Z-shields on both sides
- 2RS = Lip seals on both sides
- C3, C4 = Increased internal clearance.
