Description of centering sleeve and cone drill specifically designed for use with injection mortar FIS V, FIS VS, or FIS VW in aerated concrete. The special cone drill PBB undercuts the borehole in the aerated concrete. The centering sleeve secures the threaded rod in the borehole and allows for overhead installations. The injection mortar anchors through form closure in the undercut. This enables better force transmission in the aerated concrete compared to cylindrical boreholes. Compatible with conventional injection threaded rods FIS A or FIS A A4 made of stainless steel with corrosion resistance class III, e.g., A4 for outdoor applications and in damp areas.
