Flat edge strip made of aluminum hollow profile prevents warping of solid wood fronts. The slim cross-section of 29 x 15 mm is suitable for wood thicknesses between 19 mm and 26 mm. The groove is milled with a 10° edge groove cutter. The bending stiffness is identical to that of solid material. The milling width of the edge groove is 29.1 mm. The edge strip is simply inserted into the milled edge groove, and the open end can be closed with matching end caps.
