Electronic building moisture indicator for non-destructive measurement of moisture in building materials. The Hydromette operates based on the dielectric constant/high-frequency measurement principle. The versatile ball probe is used to detect moisture in all types of building materials as well as to identify moisture distribution in walls, ceilings, and floors. A threshold value can be individually set for each building material, exceeding which triggers an acoustic warning signal.

Features: Direct display of building moisture in weight-% and CM-% via the 3-line LCD display, resolution 0.1%. Characteristic curves for 7 types of building materials. Min, Max, and Hold functions for the measured values. Acoustic alarm function, automatic calibration upon device startup. Display of device temperature.
