The GARDENA Classic Irrigation Control 6030 is designed for the automatic control of larger irrigation systems, primarily sprinkler systems like the GARDENA Sprinkler System. The Classic Irrigation Control 6030 is particularly used when the water supply is insufficient to operate the entire system—comprising multiple irrigation systems—simultaneously. It also regulates the individual irrigation intervals for each zone, accommodating varying water needs of different plant areas, thus ensuring personalized and optimal watering.

The Classic Irrigation Control 6030 is designed to connect up to six 24 V irrigation valves. For versatile irrigation programming, up to three programs can be stored per valve. Irrigation days and cycles can be selected individually, and the watering duration can be set between one minute and 3 hours 59 minutes, with a central adjustment option from 0 to 200%. If immediate watering is desired, it can be manually activated.

The large, clear display with user guidance makes programming simple and intuitive. The GARDENA Pump Control can be connected via the master channel, allowing a pump to be used as an alternative water source. The GARDENA Classic Irrigation Control 6030 can be used both indoors, such as in a garage, and in rain-protected areas, and it has a 230 V power connection. To ensure reliable and safe operation of the irrigation control, a power failure backup is possible with a 9 V alkaline battery (battery not included). If desired, a GARDENA rain or soil moisture sensor can be connected for water-saving operation.
