The GARDENA 1/2" universal connector allows for an easy transition to the Micro-Drip system. This handy connector features an inlet for standard laying pipes and drip pipes from the old system, ranging from 13 to 16 mm, as well as a GARDENA outlet, to which a GARDENA 13 mm Flex laying pipe can be connected. Additionally, the universal connector can be used to connect an underground GARDENA 13.7 mm drip pipe with the flexible GARDENA 13 mm laying pipe or above-ground and underground drip pipes. The intuitive installation of MDS components at the GARDENA outlet is self-explanatory thanks to the clever symbols. A feedback click confirms a successful connection in the closed position. The Micro-Drip system, when combined with the separately available Base Unit 1000 or Base Unit 2000, is reliably leak-proof and provides a consistent water pressure.
