Product details

Not only dangerous grease fires can be reliably smothered when used properly. Gloria fire blankets are used in both the private and commercial sectors, in commercial kitchens, canteens, fast food outlets and restaurants. For kitchens with deep-fat fryers with a capacity of up to 50 litres, the DGUV (regulation GUV-R111) stipulates the use of at least one fire extinguisher with proven suitability for extinguishing cooking oil and cooking fat fires, whereby a capacity of 6 litres is preferred. It is recommended that the use of a fire blanket is practised as a precaution in the event of an emergency without fire in accordance with the instructions for use. Incorrect handling harbours the risk of burns.
