Installation note according to § 13 NAV

Please note that devices with a connection value of 230 V are delivered either with a protective contact plug or a fixed connection (without a plug) depending on the power rating. If the device has a fixed connection, a qualified specialist should be commissioned for the installation. All devices with a connection value of 400 V and above must be operated via a suitable high-voltage connection and may only be connected by a qualified electrician. For devices with a rated power of more than 12 kW, approval from your network operator is required. Please contact the network operator or an installation company registered in the network operator's installer directory before installation. Such an installation company will assist you in obtaining the necessary approval from the respective network operator.
