The innovative screw anchor for concrete and masonry. The innovative threshold anchor MULTI-MONTI-TimberConnect (MMS-TC) combines the patented MULTI-MONTI concrete thread with a HECO wood thread. This ensures easy and secure fastening of wooden components to solid masonry and concrete, as well as thresholds to concrete. The threshold anchor has all the advantages of the concrete thread: no torque control, small edge distances, and no curing times. Additionally, it provides a special advantage for the installer, as the small head of the MMS-TC can be sunk into the wood. This means that one screw anchor is sufficient for all wood thicknesses. The unique combination of different design concepts allows for significantly higher tensile and shear loads. Furthermore, the transferable tensile and shear loads are not dependent on the thickness of the attachment component.
