This design with a static shield (St) protects the transmission lines from external electrical interference fields. Paired multi-core installation cables are preferred for telecommunications installations in dry and damp rooms, as well as in and under plaster and outdoors for fixed installations. These cables are suitable for the installation of intercom systems and extensions, as well as for the transmission of signal and measurement data. Installation cables are not approved for high-voltage installations or for underground installation.
