The FK 0606 cable junction box is made of high-quality thermoplastic and provides function maintenance in the event of a fire when used with function-maintaining cables. The function maintenance class ranges from E30 to E90. It is suitable for surface-mounted applications in buildings or for protected outdoor installation. It is standardly equipped with a screw anchor and high-temperature resistant ceramic terminal for copper conductors. Cable entry is achieved through metric pre-formed entries in the housing walls using the included plug-in cable connector. The cover is fastened with quick locks. The box features a 5-pole terminal and can be used as a junction box or connection box for conductors up to 6 mm². Mounting cable connectors of type AKMF are available as accessories.
