The crimp connector set is UL-certified and halogen-free. The insulation of the crimp connectors, also known as crimp terminals, is made from halogen-free, self-extinguishing polycarbonate. The flat terminals are made of brass and are tinned with a minimum thickness of 3 µm. The flat terminal can be used in the following temperature range: from -20 to +115 °C (short-term up to +130 °C).

The unique funnel-shaped entrance of the insulation sleeve ensures the complete insertion of wires into the terminal, thereby creating a safe and reliable electrical and mechanical connection.
