The Unitronic Bus PA FC (Bu) is a specialized cable designed for process automation. It enables the connection of sensors and actuators, even in explosion-prone areas. This cable is available in the Fast Connect (FC) variant, which is characterized by its oil and UV resistance. The outer sheath is made of PVC and is available in two colors: Blue (RAL 5015) and Black (RAL 9005). The UNITRONIC® BUS PA FC cable is available as both stranded and solid conductor and meets the standards for PROFIBUS-PA, PROFIBUS-DP, and PROFIBUS-FMS according to EN 50170. The transmission technology is based on the international standard IEC 61158-2, ensuring reliable data transmission. With a bitrate of 31.25 kbit/s and the capability to utilize RS485 technology, this cable offers flexibility in application. Additionally, it is flame-retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2, providing extra safety in critical environments.
