Precision diagonal cutters, 45°, long head, developed as part of the ERGO™ process. ERGO™ handles made of two-component material, thermoplastic surface for optimal grip over stable polypropylene for durability. Flush cut. The maximum cutting capacity is specified for copper wire. Maximum cutting capacity: 0.2 mm to 1 mm Cu. High-performance steel alloy. Phosphated. Numerically controlled machine grinding ensures cutting angle accuracy and contact; increases the tool's load capacity and durability. Induction-hardened precision cutting edges, 63–65 HrC. Friction-reducing screw connection ensures excellent cutting performance and fit of the cutting edges. ESD-safe handles made of synthetic two-component material. Opening spring that limits tension during the working period and can be adjusted or removed in three different positions. Particularly suitable for assembly and rework tasks.
