The Haimer a63.140.06 Shrink Chuck is a high-precision shrink chuck specifically designed for use with HSS and carbide tools. It meets the requirements of DIN 69893, Form A, and offers excellent heat resistance due to the warm-worked steel material, which is hardened to a hardness of 54 – 2 HRC. With a shaft tolerance of h6 and fine machining of all functional surfaces, this shrink chuck ensures superior accuracy that exceeds standard specifications. The finely balanced design allows for precise applications, while the option to fine-balance with balancing screws provides additional flexibility. The shrink chuck is compatible with various shrink devices, including inductive, contact-based, and hot air shrink devices. Included in the delivery is the shrink chuck with a length adjustment screw, but without a coolant tube.
