It may be necessary to send the parcels with two different logistics companies. After handover to the forwarder, delivery time can take up to one week. The forwarder is instructed to arrange a delivery date with you. Delivery is always free kerbside—transport to your home or assembly of the goods is not included. Please check the goods upon acceptance and note any defects in detail on the delivery note. We will then try to send you a replacement part or provide a reduction as quickly as possible. Please never refuse acceptance.
