Product details

Mean Well introduces a new power supply series with high power density: the MPM series in a closed design for PCB mounting. Compared to the size of the previous generation - PM and NFM - the new series is only one-third the size, yet features a wider operating temperature range, higher efficiency, and lower no-load power consumption. The design of this series complies with the IEC / EN60601-1 3rd edition and ANSI / AAMI ES60601-1 standards, meets the requirements of 2x MOPP, and has a low leakage current (<80μA). It is approved for BF-rated medical devices with direct patient contact. Suitable applications include medical testing devices, portable medical devices, and medical equipment that requires extremely low standby power consumption.
