In the Design System M, this is an indoor motion detector with anti-creep protection. When motion is detected, a data telegram defined by the programming is sent. It features an integrated bus coupler and is designed for wall mounting in a 60mm installation box, with optimal use at a height of 2.2 meters. KNX software functions include five motion blocks, with up to four functions that can be triggered per block. Telegrams can be 1 bit, 1 byte, or 2 bytes. Modes include normal operation, master, slave, security pause, and lock function. Sensitivity, brightness, and stair light duration can be adjusted via ETS or the potentiometer. It has two motion sensors, with sensitivity and range adjustable separately for each sensor. The stair light duration is learnable. Detection angle is 180 degrees, with a range of 8 meters to the sides and 12 meters forward (at a mounting height of 2.20 meters). Mounting height can be 2.2 meters or 1.1 meters for halved range. There are 6 levels and 46 zones. The number of motion sensors is 2, adjustable by sector. Sensitivity is continuously adjustable (via ETS or potentiometer). The light sensor is continuously adjustable from approximately 10 to 2000 Lux (via ETS or potentiometer). Time can be set in steps from 1 second to 8 minutes (via potentiometer) or adjustable from 1 second to 255 hours (via ETS).
