The BTR E-DAT Industry IP67 V6 connector from Metz Connect is a highly advanced RJ45 connector specifically designed to meet the requirements of 10GBit Ethernet and Remote Powering (PoE, PoE plus, and UPoE). It complies with the standards IEC 61076-3-106 and ISO/IEC 11801, DIN EN 50173-1, providing a reliable connection in demanding environments. With an IP67 protection rating, this connector ensures high resistance to dust and water, making it ideal for industrial applications. The crimping of the inner and outer conductors is done in a single step using a professional crimping tool, making installation efficient and user-friendly. The connector is suitable for various cable types and features a large 360° shielding contact that ensures optimal signal transmission. Additionally, a locking clip can be retrofitted to prevent accidental disconnection.
