These self-locking multipoint locks feature a door handle, panic door fitting, or push bar on the inside of the door. There is also a door handle on the outside of the door. When unlocked, the door can be opened from both sides. When locked, the door cannot be opened from the outside, but can always be opened from the inside via the door handle, panic door fitting, or push bar (panic function selectable for opening), retracting the main bolt and the two locking bolts. When the door closes, the lock automatically engages (self-locking). The square (nut) is split in panic function B. This panic function is suitable for doors that may need to be opened from the outside temporarily (day operation). Day operation can be activated via the cylinder with a key turn in the opening direction until it hits the stop, then the door handle on the outside is engaged.
