The MSW-SBR-100 flanging machine from MSW is the ideal helper for the manual production of connection and stiffening flanges: whether in the factory, on construction sites, or for DIY projects. The flanging machine is optimally suited for flanging and edging metal sheets and pipes with a thickness of up to 0.8 mm. For use in the workshop or on the construction site, the flanging machine can be securely mounted to a workbench thanks to the clamping fixture of the mounting foot.

The flanging machine is powered by a long hand crank that ensures optimal power transmission. First, the sheet or pipe is placed between the upper and lower rollers. Through the rotary motion of the crank, the workpiece is then pulled through between the roller with the positive form and the counterpart with the negative form. The adjustable stop on the lower roller allows for a working depth of up to 177 mm. Depending on the type of roller, different widths of seams are pressed into the sheet. For an increasingly deeper flanging profile, the upper roller can be gradually turned down further using an adjustment screw.

The flanging and edging machine features a robust construction made of steel and cast iron. The delivery includes 6 pairs of easily replaceable flanging and edging rollers.
