With the filling machine, you can dose and package large quantities of liquids yourself. The filling machine features a 10.6-liter funnel-shaped container into which you can pour your finished product for packaging. Whatever you want to portion, the filling machine can process anything that flows. The manually operated filling mechanism, controlled by a lever, is adjustable for portions ranging from 5 to 50 ml and fills creamy cosmetics with an accuracy of 1% just as reliably as liquid foods, such as oils or vinegar.

The funnel and filling elements of the funnel filling machine are made of stainless steel, while the frame is constructed from smooth carbon steel. This makes the production device both robust and highly suitable for food or sensitive cosmetics. Depending on the consistency and manual pressure applied to the filling lever, 20 to 30 portions can be filled. According to the bottle size, an opening with a diameter of 4 or 8 mm can be chosen for the filling nozzle. The filling quantity is conveniently set using a rotary knob.
