Product details
The TM9K PRO is the successor to the well-known and popular TM9K TAC from Nitecore. Like its predecessor, the Li-Ion battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and is built-in.
The battery is charged via a USB-C port integrated into the lamp head. The built-in charger provides a maximum charging power of 18 W, allowing the battery to charge to about 80% in less than 1 hour and 45 minutes.
The TM9K PRO is equipped with 3 x 9 NiteLab LEDs, delivering a maximum brightness of 9900 lumens. Like the two most recently released Nitecore models, the EDC33 and EDC35, the TM9K PRO features the Search and Lumin Shield modes. These two modes cannot be permanently activated.
In Search mode, 6000 lumens are available with a beam distance of 510 meters. A built-in photo sensor significantly reduces brightness if an object appears in front of the lamp or if it accidentally turns on while stored. In Lumin Shield mode, you have access to the full output of 9900 lumens with wide illumination.
The TM9K PRO is operated via two switches located on the end cap. The main switch is used to turn the lamp on and off as well as to change brightness levels, while the mode switch toggles between Search and Lumin Shield.
To protect the Nitecore TM9K PRO from accidental activation, you can choose between two different lockout modes. A small LED light on the end cap of the lamp continuously indicates the battery status through blinking and color changes.
