The Nitecore CI2 charger is a USB-C charger with two charging slots. It is compatible with Li-Ion, NiMH, and Ni-Cd batteries. With the appropriate charging adapter, a charging current of 3A can be achieved at one charging slot.
The Nitecore CI2 automatically detects the charge status, capacity, and type of the inserted battery and selects the correct charging method and current accordingly.
The charging progress is displayed through three green LEDs. Defective or incorrectly inserted batteries are identified and indicated by the CI2.
Intelligent protection circuits such as short circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and temperature monitoring safeguard both the battery and the charger.
