Applications: Flexible hose for high throughput of abrasive powder, bulk material, granulate, and gases. Suitable for the conveyance of dry and frozen foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals, vacuum and suction conveyor, dosing system, tablet compressing machine, mixer, dryer, packaging machine, big-bag filling/emptying, mill, industry and dust vacuum cleaner, explosion-hazard areas, and animal stables for feedstuff conveyance, system, and transport.

Characteristics: Heavy-duty type, highly abrasion-resistant, increased pressure and vacuum strength. Approval according to EU Ordinance 10/2011 and the latest Ordinance 2015/174 by an independent testing institute for the entire hose. Polyurethane food-grade compatible according to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, odour and taste-free, germ and hydrolysis-resistant, good oil, benzene, and chemical resistance, very good cold flexibility. Wall permanently antistatic with through-passage resistance and surface resistance <10^9, in accordance with TRGS727 and ATEX 2014/34/EC for the pneumatic transport of flammable dusts and bulk materials (Zones 20, 21, 22, indoors), aspiration of flammable dusts (Zone 22 indoors), conveying of flammable liquids (internal Zone 0, 1, 2), conveying of non-flammable liquids, for use in Zone 1 and 2 (gases), and for use in Zone 0 (gases). In accordance with DIN 26057 Type 3, RoHS conforming, approval according to EU Ordinance 10/2011 (food-grade simulation E), manufacturing process in accordance with GMP EC 2023/2006.

Construction: 1. Spring steel wire cast in the wall fixed, spiral: stainless steel wire (stainless). 2. Wall: permanent-antistatic ether polyurethane premium (Pre-PUR®). 3. Thickness of wall 1.4 - 1.5 mm.

Temperature range: -40 °C to +90 °C, temporarily up to approximately +125 °C.
