To compensate for water loss, such as through evaporation, regular monitoring of the water level was previously necessary. With the new OASE ProfiClear Guard water replenishment system, manual refilling is a thing of the past. The intelligent system automatically adjusts to fluctuations in water levels. The ProfiClear Guard is equipped with an electronic measuring sensor that collects data in the pond via a 20-meter long sensor cable, which is resistant to disturbances from sources like fish food or algae. The system is connected to the household water supply and replenishes the missing water volume as needed through a 13 mm (1/2") solenoid valve included in the package. The OASE ProfiClear Guard is especially recommended for use with drum filter systems but can also be used for any pond.
