The Osram Batterystart Startercable 300A is a high-quality starter cable that has been developed for professional and private use. The cables are made of copper-coated aluminium, which reduces the resistance of the cable and enables a constant and effective transfer of the charge. The jumper cable has a length of 3 metres with a cross-sectional area of 16 mm². Thanks to the length and cross-sectional area, it is possible to start vehicles with petrol and diesel engines with a capacity of up to 3.5 litres, as a peak current of up to 300A can be achieved, while a continuous current of 150A is also possible. It is suitable for voltages of 6V and 12V. To prevent high wear and tear, the Osram Batterystart Startercable 300A is coated with flexible yet robust PVC, while the insulated handles and insulated terminals ensure additional safety and durability. The different colours of the cables and the handles on the terminals reduce the risk of mixing up the positive and negative terminals and therefore also the risk of incorrect connection to the battery. The storage bag included in the scope of delivery allows the cables to be stowed away carefully and space-savingly, and the operating instructions are conveniently attached to the back of the storage bag and are therefore quickly to hand.
