Petec's Matic high-temperature silicone sealant is a versatile universal sealant specially developed for applications in areas exposed to high temperatures. This 1-component, permanently elastic silicone provides a reliable seal and is ideal for use on metal parts, plastics, glass, ceramics and wood. The seal is not only UV-resistant and climate-resistant, but also resistant to water, salt water, oil, grease and cleaning agents. With a fast start-up time of around 60 minutes and a curing time of 6 hours at a thickness of 2-3 mm, it enables efficient application. The high-temperature silicone sealant bridges large sealing gaps and fills irregularities without losing clamping force, making it an optimal choice for various sealing applications.
