Weatherproof (IP65). This Philips Hue outdoor light is specially designed for outdoor environments and has been rigorously tested to ensure its performance. The IP rating is defined by two digits: the first refers to the level of protection against dust, the second to the level of protection against water. This luminaire is rated IP65, which means that it is protected against water jets at low pressure. This is a higher level of protection than IP44 and is usually used when luminaires are installed close to the ground or require greater protection due to certain outdoor conditions.
