However, watch out for too much light in summer, as the leaves of the turmeric can burn. Then temporarily move the plant to a spot with a little more shade. If the temperature is above 15 degrees Celsius, the plant can also be placed outside. Also, the curcuma prefers a more moist soil, so water regularly.
