Tungsten vanadium steel burrs:

Selected tungsten-vanadium steel grade. Practical and stable construction. Shank and milled part made of one piece. Precisely ground toothing and optimum concentricity with simultaneous elasticity. Ideal for freehand work. For processing soft and hard wood, non-ferrous metals and precious metals as well as plastics and gypsum. Shafts Ø 2.35. Optimal for finishing, forming, profiling and grooving. Optimum cutting speeds depend on the diameter of the respective milling cutter and the material to be machined. The larger the cutter, the lower the speed must be. The following applies to the material to be machined: soft material high speed, hard material low speed. The exception is plastic. We recommend the use of MICROMOT steel collets for clean and powerful clamping of the milling cutters.
