The next generation of the popular QStarz data loggers is now available. With the QStarz BL-1000ST Travel Recorder, the manufacturer QStarz is entering a new era. Bluetooth 4.0, data recording on a memory card, BLE connection to iPhone and Android devices, support for GPS, GLONASS and QZSS are just some of the new features.

The exact position is determined very precisely by using the GPS/GLONASS/QZSS satellite systems. After just a few seconds, the BL-1000ST has calculated the position and you can start recording the track. The replaceable Li-ion battery supplies the BL-1000ST with power for up to 25 hours when the Bluetooth connection is active. The battery is charged via the MicroUSB interface built into the device. With a weight of 69g (incl. battery) and dimensions of 81x48x19mm, the BL-1000ST is a lightweight companion for cyclists, joggers or pedestrians.

Housing
The BL-1000ST is small and handy in a sleek red design. The power & POI button and the five status LEDs are located on the top. The MicroUSB port and the MicroSD slot are located behind a rubber cover.

GPS data logger
The recorded waypoints are stored on the supplied MicroSD SD card. Depending on the size of the MicroSD, data can be recorded for days or weeks. The recorded data can be conveniently analysed on the PC using the QTravel PC software. With the Android and iOS app QStarz BLE GPS View, you can view the GPS status and save and export the recorded data to your device.

The recordings stored in the memory can be displayed in Google Earth and Google Maps. The software required for this is included in the scope of delivery. Exports to other formats such as GPX, NMEA, PLT, CSV or TEXT are also possible.
