Of course, this works for all brands of garden hoses. What has to be right is simply the diameter, or the inch size for the connection.... But it's a SUPER product.... the best hose reel I've ever had ... :-)

Have a Smartflex SMT Premium 3/4" hose on the reel. The rewind mechanism works quite well. The left/right movement of the orange wheel does not quite match the hose diameter. So you have to straighten the hose a bit by hand from time to time. But I am quite satisfied. But I have no comparison with how well it works with a 1/2" hose. It's probably normal that you have to help a little.

I measured it right away. With the handle and support in the lowest position, the total height is 73cm. Without the handle it is 53cm.

Yes, absolutely - there is nothing to put together, comes as 1 piece in a big box.

The metal hose trolley would include 25m of hose. Unfortunately, we do not have more details about the tap connection.

No the hose isn`t included but the trolley can be used for hoses up to 100 m.

According to my own research, a 20 metre long FLEX hose of 13mm diameter is included here. :)

The E1 does not stand for anything specific. The name was recorded incorrectly like this. We have forwarded this to the relevant department for correction.
